The insulation layer of the corpse freezer is made of one-time foaming, with good insulation performance. The inner liner is made of folded stainless steel plate. The evaporator is made of high-quality copper pipe, and the exterior is decorated with stainless steel wire drawing plate (1.0mm), which is anticorrosive and easy to clean.

Technical performance of corpse freezer:

2) The daily power consumption for three drawer refrigerating cabinets is about 10 degrees and for single drawer refrigerating cabinets it is about 5 degrees

Scope of use of the corpse freezer  

1.Corpse freezer is widely used in funeral parlors, funeral service centers, hospitals, medicine, public security and justice, private funeral service practitioners and other industries, units and individuals.  

2.Corpse freezer, also known as crystal sarcophagus, cold storage sarcophagus, ice sarcophagus, belongs to the refrigeration machine application equipment, suitable for the temporary preservation and transportation of corpses.  

3.It includes a main body shell and a general refrigeration device, in which the shell is composed of a refrigerated box with an inner liner of the size of the human body, a box cover made of transparent material and a removable stretcher arranged in the box. The use of this refrigerated coffin enables the storage time of the corpse to be controlled.  

4.The main function of a cryophagus is to keep the corpse cold so that it does not decay.  The two kinds of working medium will be chosen because under the two-way action of refrigeration and cold load, the refrigeration effect will be better when the heat, of course, the refrigerant load to promote the refrigeration system centralized layout, reduce the volume of refrigeration system and refrigerant filling amount;  And because the heat capacity of the refrigerant is large, the temperature of the cooled object is easy to keep stable.  
However, the system is more complex than when no refrigerant is carried, and the temperature difference between the refrigerant and the refrigerant is increased, and the evaporation temperature of the refrigerator is lower.
