THR-YDC stainless steel horizontal cylindrical pressure steam autoclave Sterilization Equipments
Use:This horizontal pressure sterilizer adopts the gravity displacement method to remove the cold air in the inner room, so that the steam and cold air content in the inner room is less, and the sterilization is more reliable.
At the same time, during the sterilization process of the equipment, the control system automatically adjusts the incoming and outgoing steam according to the internal temperature. Mainly used in hospital supply rooms, operating rooms, pharmaceutical factories and laboratories of scientific research units, etc., for the sterilization of medical and experimental cloth items, surgical instruments and utensils.

• Safety interlocking device: when the door is not tightly closed, the steam cannot enter the inner body and an alarm will prompt. When the pressure in the sterilization chamber is greater than 0.027MPa, the door is interlocked and cannot be opened.
• Overpressure protection: When the pressure exceeds the working pressure, the safety valve automatically releases the pressure protection.
• Low water level protection device: the water can not be started until the high water level is reached, and it will automatically power off protection when the low water level is lacking.
• Overcurrent protection: The power circuit breaker automatically cuts off the power supply when the current is overloaded.
• Sterilization chamber is made of high quality stainless steel.
1.The steam can't go through to chamber when the door haven't close,and the pilot off inform.You can processing dry operate.
2.When the pressure inner over 0.027MPa,the door should be locked and can't be open.
3.If you not choose the sterilzing time and star the machine,buzzer sound.
4.If you mistake open the door in the course of start,the jacker value suto off and open the chamber value.
5.Lack water the poilt on,heating and sterilize poilt off,the buzzer sound and release steam.
6.Overload and leakage protection,when leakage or over current occur,it auto off the power.
7.Temperature controlled not work and the inner pressure over 0.165MPa,the safety value auto start open.
